This Texan gone Coloradoan gone North Dakotan is still getting used to North Dakota summers! One day, it is warm enough for the boys to have on only swim trunks, playing in water in the back yard. The next day, I'm pulling out jackets and telling David that the splash park isn't an option because it is too cold! So, we do very summery things on summer hot days!

| Peter is the lego master! David asks him to build something "REAWWY BIG", Peter happily and proudly obliges, then cringes and tries not to look too sad when David almost immediately takes it apart so he can build a truck:) |

| Seriously, the water was SO cold and the day wasn't even very warm. David didn't care...he wanted to go into the lake anyway. He kept saying, "I YIKE cold water!" The water was 54 degrees! |

Aren't splash parks a great invention? We have several that are very close to us. They are perfect for pre-schoolers! Would be fun for our kids to go together!
