Jonah Curt is named after his grandpa, Curt Patrick Sperle! Originally, we were going to name him Jonah Patrick. My thoughtful husband brought up the point that no one knows my dad "Curt" by the name "Patrick"; people know him as "Curt." So, said my husband, if we are going to name our son after your dad, let's call him "Jonah Curt", so everyone knows exactly who we named him after! Well said, hubby! So, Jonah Curt it is...and what an amazing man he has to follow after!!

I'm so happy that Jonah is safely here! He is such a cute little guy, and I just love the pictures of David and little Jonah together! Can't wait to meet him in person and introduce Emily and Jonah!
